If you have a wrong or are missing items please contact us at bayb.lashes@gmail.com with Name, Order Number,  a Screenshot of your order summary as well as Proof of what items are missing or incorrect. We will evaluate the situtation and make it right because here at BayB.Lashes we appreciate your trust and support.

Refunds~

Due to the Sanitary and Health Reasons our products are FINALE SALE, unless you received the wrong item, if so contact us Immediately so we can evaluate and fix the issue.

Products can NOT show any signs of being worn/used to be considered for any exchange.
