Processing/Shipping~

We ship orders Monday-Friday.

Allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed, most orders will go out immediately it may vary.

Note- Confirmation emails with tracking confirmation are sent after each order has been placed. 

Damages/Lost Packages~

We make sure to inspect each and every order upon packaging to insure the best quality. We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address please NOTIFY US at @bayb.lashes.com. If you have not been in contact with us within 24hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, your items will be sent to the address on file.

BayB.Lashes is not responsible for any lost packages in transit or upon delivering. Contact USPS. 

Note: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, however you failed to receive it you will have to contact the United States Postal Service as it is now out of our hands. Number to call: 1(800)275-8777
